Please note: This is a basement unit, and while we’ve taken measures to minimize sound, some noise from the upstairs Airbnb (rented on a midterm basis) may be audible. To ensure your comfort, sound machines are provided in each bedroom, and we’ve communicated with upstairs guests to encourage quietness during your stay.

Two dedicated workspaces make this an ideal spot for remote work—one desk is equipped with a monitor for added convenience. Sound machines are provided in each bedroom for added comfort. Shared Entry: The entrance to the apartment is through a shared common area with the neighboring unit. Parking: Free parking is available on-site. Please follow the provided parking instructions to avoid blocking other guests. Check-In/Check-Out: Self-check-in is available with a keypad. Check-in starts at 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Weather Considerations: During snowy months, guests are responsible for shoveling the driveway to prevent ice buildup and ensure safe access. Snow shovels and ice melt are provided for your convenience.
